[00:00:30] I would say that I do not keep strict office hours, but I also don’t have a super flexible schedule day-to-day. I fall right in between, and I like to schedule personally my week to have that flexibility and be a little bit of both.
[00:01:00] There are particular days that I like to see clients on, and then there are particular days, like Mondays and Fridays, that I leave to be more like admin days.
On Mondays and Fridays I like to have those, I guess you could say, as my office hours where if I have to schedule a last-minute meeting I can, but mainly that’s my time to be on the computer. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, those are my days to take meetings.
[inaudible 00:01:22] Strict office hours. I don’t know what that is. I might have have to Google it.
[00:01:30] This is for sure not an industry or a career for strict office hours, and if this is important for you, this might be the wrong industry or the wrong career for you. As a professional image consultant or a trainer or a speaker, you basically schedule your schedule after your clients.
Conferences happen from Monday to Sunday. They happen in the morning or in the evening. Same is true for corporate meetings, and basically same is true for my individual clients.
[00:02:00] What I try though just for my own well-being is not to work too much on the weekends, but again, strict office hours. Truly, I have no idea what that is.
